What is Minigame Marathon?

Minigame Marathon is an independently created free browser game built around 16 completely different minigames fire at you in random order, and each one gives you only a few seconds to understand the task and beat it. One moment you are tapping a bird, the next you are dodging falling rocks, repeating a color sequence from memory or timing the perfect baseball swing.

You start every run with 3 lives. Fail a minigame and you lose one — lose them all and your marathon is over. The longer you survive, the faster everything gets: at 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 points the game shifts up a gear with shorter timers, more targets and trickier patterns. Your final score can be submitted to the global leaderboard, where a fresh weekly board and an all-time Hall of Fame await.

Improve your next run

Consistent scores come from different skills: reading visual cues, making small control corrections, recognizing patterns and staying calm when the timer gets shorter. Our original strategy guide breaks down each skill group and explains what changes at every speed level.

Frequently asked questions

Is Minigame Marathon free?

Yes. The game runs entirely in your browser and is free to play. There is no download, no installation and no account required — just press Play solo and start.

How does the scoring work?

Every minigame you clear awards points. The faster and cleaner you play, the more rounds you survive and the higher your total climbs. Your run ends when all 3 lives are gone.

Why does the game get faster?

At 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 points the marathon shifts up a gear: timers shrink, targets multiply and patterns get trickier. A short warning animation plays before each speed level.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. Every minigame supports touch controls, and many also work with the keyboard (arrow keys and spacebar) on desktop. The layout adapts to small screens automatically.

What is the difference between the Week and Hall of Fame leaderboards?

The Week board only counts scores from the last 7 days, so newcomers always have a realistic shot at the top. The Hall of Fame lists the best results of all time.

How does multiplayer work?

One player creates a lobby and shares its 4-digit code. Up to 4 players join, play the same marathon at the same time on their own screens, and the highest score wins the podium.
